As the earthwork subcontractor, Great Northwest, Inc. was responsible for clearing, road and pad construction, site preparation and underground utilities on this 128 unit design/build project. Unfortunately, the site was found to be contaminated and the contract terminated for convenience with an amicable settlement for all parties.
